Chelsea fc , Eden Hazard and Diego Costa have been shortlisted for the PFA Players' Player of the Year award, with Hazard and Thibaut Courtois up for the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
Hazard and Diego Costa are joined by Philipe Coutinho, David De Gea, Harry Kane and Alexis Sanchez in the six-man shortlist for the main award, which is decided by the votes of their fellow professionals.
For the Young Player of the Year award, last year's winner Hazard is nominated again alongside his compatriot Courtois, as well as Coutinho, De Gea, Kane and Raheem Sterling.
Hazard has now been nominated in both lists for the past three seasons. John Terry is the only
Chelsea player to have won the main award, back in 2004/05.
